任卓翔,博士,法国索邦大学教授,博士生导师。世界知名的电磁场专家,国际电磁场计算学会执行委员会委员,IEEE高级会员,千人计划入选者。
1978年2月至1982年1月就读于华中工学院(现华中科技大学)电力工程系电机专业,1982年留学法国,于1986年获法国Institute Nationale Polytechnique de Toulouse电气工程博士学位。
讲座简介:
Report1:The electromagnetic and multi-physics modeling plays a key role in the design and simulation of electronic devices and systems. On the one hand, the IC technology trend continues toward ultra miniaturization and heterogeneous integration, which brings new issues for multi-physics interactions, electromagnetic compatibility and signal integrity. On the other hand, the era of internet of things promotes breakthrough solutions for energy autonomy and low power integrated antenna of sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks. All these require accurate yet efficient physical models for their design and simulation. This presentation will give a brief overview of electromagnetic and multi-physics modeling methodologies and summarize some relevant research activities in modern microelectronic and micro-electromechanical devices and systems undertaken in our research teams.
Report2:The wireless sensor networks bridge the real physical world and the modern digital and virtual cyber world in the infrastructure of internet of things. The energy consumption and the energy autonomy are key issues in the future deployment of tens to thousands billions of wirelessly connected objects. This presentation gives an overview of low power and energy sources solutions in smart sensor networks as well some research activities undertaken in our research teams.
